We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued for the cost of the product only, excluding shipping charges unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [customer service email] with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping fees.
Opened products and items purchased through third-party retailers cannot be returned through SmokinTs.com. Please refer to the retailer’s policy if purchased elsewhere.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
