Smokin' Ts Meatloaf

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Ritz Townhouse Crackers crushed
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 3 tablespoons Smokin' Ts
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup green pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup milk

For the Glaze

  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons Smokin' Ts

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease an 8 1/2 by 4 1/2 inch loaf pan.
  • Combine milk and crushed crackers in a small bowl. Allow softening, about 5 minutes. In another mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, egg, 3 tablespoons of Smokin' Ts, chopped onion, and green pepper. Mix with your hands until combined.
  • Mix 3 tablespoons of Smokin' Ts and the 1/4 cup of Ketchup in a small bowl. Shape the mixture into the prepared pan and brush the top with the Ketchup Smokin' Ts mixture. Bake for 1 hour or until done. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
